Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and send the item(s) back*.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

*Packages that are sent after 30-day return window will not be accepted.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@roomtery.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that shipping costs back to our warehouse or returns agent are fully paid by the customer and are non-refundable if a refund is approved. The cost of shipping back to our warehouse will be deducted from the amount refunded to your bank account.

Return shipping shipping is free if you choose refund to store credit. Store credit can be spent for any item listed at our online storefront.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Sale items
  • Insert Pillows, Comforters, Duvets, Quilts
  • Wall Prints
  • Virtual and Physical Gift Cards
  • Select Tapestries
  • Select Canvas Art
  • Furniture
  • Area Rugs/Carpets (Pastel Curvy Checker Carpet, Checkered Carpet etc.)

Damages and issues

We refund all items that are defective/damaged upon arrival. Also, all items that are not delivered within 60 days of the shipment are automatically qualified for a refund if the shipping address you provided us was correct and complete.

1. If you received a broken/faulty/wrong item, include a photo of the defect/product, your order number, and a short explanation of the issue in your email.
2. In case you haven't received your order and want a refund, include your order number and a short explanation of the situation in your email.

Please notice that customer is fully responsible for specifying correct and complete shipping address. We don't offer refunds & returns if you provided an incorrect address or did not receive the package on time and it was sent back.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Since the refund has been issued, your bank can process the payment up to 5 business days.
